These terms apply to EquationFlow's formula recognition, editing, saving and export services. Privacy and refunds are covered by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Services and results
Recognition results may contain errors. Review formulas and document content before teaching, research, publication or other use. We do not guarantee that every result is accurate or suitable for your particular purpose.
2. Accounts and content
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You retain your rights in uploaded content and must have permission to upload and process it. We receive only the permissions necessary to provide the requested service. Do not upload unlawful content, bypass credits or access restrictions, disrupt the service or infringe others' rights.
3. Credits and charges
For free accounts and credit packs, each successful recognition uses one credit. Failed processing returns the charge under the credit rules; expired credits are not reactivated. Successfully returned results that require manual correction still count as usage. Editing and exports do not consume recognition credits, although some features require sign-in.
Guests receive one free trial. Signed-in accounts receive 20 free credits each UTC calendar month, without rollover. Credit packs are used after free credits and remain valid while your account is active.
Pro has no monthly recognition cap. Intensive use within a short window triggers a two-hour cooldown displayed on screen. Cooldowns do not consume free or pack credits, and failed recognitions do not count as Pro successes.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Prices are displayed in USD. Plans, billing periods, taxes and final totals are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the year and renew annually. Purchases are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms.
To cancel renewal, open “Manage subscription” in Account. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not request or grant a refund.
5. Service administration
We may suspend or restrict relevant services for maintenance, security or violations, explaining the reason where appropriate. Material changes to prices or rules will receive appropriate notice. Unilateral changes do not remove accrued refund or statutory rights.
6. Liability and disputes
Our liability is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or reduce mandatory consumer rights. Contact us using the email below to seek a resolution. If no agreement is reached, you may seek remedies through a competent authority or court.
