Refund Policy

This policy applies to EquationFlow subscriptions and credit packs purchased through Creem. It does not affect your rights under applicable law.
1. Seven-day unused purchase refund
You may request a full refund within seven days of a purchase or renewal if neither the subscription recognition access nor the credits provided by that order have been used. Monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and credit packs are assessed using the payment date and usage record of each order.
Orders with partially used credits do not qualify for this unused-purchase commitment. Except for the cases below or legal requirements, we do not promise refunds proportional to usage or remaining subscription time.
2. Special cases
Duplicate charges, missing paid entitlements, verified service failures and legally required refunds can be reviewed separately, regardless of the unused-purchase condition. The refund scope depends on the issue, usage and applicable rules.
3. How to apply
Sign in, open Account, find the order under “Recent order” (use “View all” for older orders), then open “Details” and select “Request refund”. If you cannot sign in or submit the request, email us using the address below with your purchase email, order ID and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full payment card numbers.
We will reply to your email and request further information when needed. Processing time depends on the review; response time is separate from bank processing time.
4. Refunds and renewal
Approved refunds are submitted through Creem to the original payment method. Related unused credits are revoked or entitlements are adjusted to reflect the refund. The payment provider and bank determine when funds arrive.
A refund request does not cancel renewal. To stop future subscription charges, open “Manage subscription” in Account and cancel renewal separately.
5. Statutory rights
Any withdrawal, refund or other remedies available under applicable law take priority over the commercial conditions in this policy. Transactions are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms.
